With the large-scale construction of high-rise residential buildings,building energy consumption is increasing,and energy shortages are becoming more and more serious,so building energy conservation has become very important.The outer wall is the most important part of the building envelope.The energy loss caused by the heat transfer of the outer wall is the most important part of the total energy loss of the building envelope.The thermal resistance of the inner surface of the outer wall is the dominant factor in the heat transfer process of the outer wall.The higher the thermal resistance of the inner surface of the outer wall,the lower the heat transfer capacity of the outer wall.On the contrary,the lower the thermal resistance of the inner surface of the outer wall,the higher the heat transfer capacity of the outer wall,and the more heat the wall loses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of the thermal resistance of the wall surface of the exterior wall of the residential building on the wall.Firstly,from the differences between China's severe cold regions and Germany's climatic conditions,the theories of thermal resistance,thermal bridge and dew poi nt of the inner wall of four different environments in four different environments were comprehensively introduced and analyzed through international standards such as ISO and DIN4106.The analysis results show that the thermal resistance of the inner surface of the external wall in the German energy-saving design standard is r elatively comprehensive compared with the thermal resistance of the outer wall of the foreign wall.The wall insulation performance can be relatively perfect when th e insulation design is carried out.At the same time,it is recommended that the lat ter select the thermal resistance parameter value of the inner wall of the external wall in four environments to provide more guarantee for the heat transfer of the w all in the cold region of China.Secondly,the factors affecting the internal surface temperature of the external wall were analyzed.The analysis shows that the measurement error of the heat transfer resistance of the wall surface is affected by the heat resistance of the inner surface of the wall,the indoor and outdoor temperature difference and the wind speed,and the heat transfer coefficient of the wall itself.In addition,the thermal bridge created by the wall affects the temperature and heat flux of the wall surface.In addition,the climate analysis of the severe cold regions of China was analyzed.The differences and similarities between the climates in China's severe cold regions and Germany's regions are proposed.It is concluded that the surface temperatures of residential buildings in both regions are affected by the thermal resistance of the wall surface,the heat transfer coefficient of the walls and the thermal insulation materials.Thirdly,the one-dimensional steady-state formula and the two-dimensional steady-state method,Heat2 thermal bridge simulation software,are used to simulate the heat transfer process of the wall simultaneously.The feasibility of the one-dimensio nal and two-dimensional numerical simulation methods selected in this paper is ver ified.By combining the climatic conditions of the cold regions A,B and C in Chi na,the characteristics of the thermal resistance of the inner wall of the external w all under different environments are compared,and the temperature difference of th e inner surface of the outer wall and the temperature difference of the wall structu re layer under different environments are analyzed.Compared with the dew point t emperature,the advantages of the thermal resistance of the inner surface of the fou r outer walls are proposed.Finally,combined with the results of one-dimensional steady-state formula and two-dimensional steady-state simulation software,the shortcomings of energy-saving building codes in severe cold regions in China are proposed,and the optimal limit of heat transfer coefficient of external walls of residential building walls in severe cold regions is calculated.The wall body designed to prove the thermal resistance value of the inner wall of the external wall in four environments is energy-saving and can further ensure the indoor comfort environment index.
