Abstract/Summary:
Development speed of our country mini-excavator market is very considerable, it is very important to speed up development of engineering machine, special for development of excavator industry. It is also main drive of support for promoting profit growth of China excavator industry, it plays a very important role. Mini-excavator is becoming enjoyed equipment for application of earthwork engineer because of advantage of compact, flexible, versatile and efficient, user demand is expanding. In this paper, a thorough analysis and research is conducted with method of system simulation for the hydraulic control system of small hydraulic excavator. The main research contents and results of this paper are summarized as follows:the hydraulic excavator system is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The mathematical model of hydraulic pump and the main control valve is discussed, the simulation model of the hydraulic pump and the main control valve is established by AMESim. In this paper, a series of conclusions are arrived at through the research, which can provide a theoretical reference for further research on the design of small hydraulic excavator and improving its hydraulic system.
