The main research content of this topic is design and research of the cylinder expanding machine of oil cylinder using in the cab, to solve problems in the process of expanding diameter of the half automation at present, such as high cost, low efficiency, poor processing quality consistency problem and so forth.In this paper, according to the requirements of the specific technology, target to solve the above problems, realize the change from artificially to intelligent, avoid the influence of artificial factors on the processing quality, guarantee quality and improve production efficiency at the same time.This paper devides structure and function of the whole equipment according to the technical requirements,the whole device is divided into four parts:feeding mechanism, manipulator, the expansion mechanism and unloading frame. By using mechanical discipline theory knowledge, design each subsystem of mechanical structure, build the 3d model of each subsystem by using Solidworks software, and select type of main components of each subsystem.Using a finite element analysis software called Ansys Workbench(AWB) to carry out the static analysis of the whole frame of the expanding machine and the main force component including block and the push rod,and make the modal analysis of the simplified model of expanding machine,to ensure the rationality of the design. Through the use of 3D drawing software and finite element analysis software,design mechanical structure of expanding machine, greatly shorten the product design cycle, solve the human problem of low design efficiency and a long time of design.Design the corresponding pneumatic and hydraulics circuit and draw the principle diagram of the pneumatic and hydraulic principle diagram according to the movement of the requirements of pneumatic system and hydraulic system components of the expanding machine.Considering comprehensive mechanical structure and equipment function requirements is to design scheme of electric control system. This equipment uses PLC as the core logic controller, write the process of expanding machine by the control software, realize automatic and intelligent from artificially in the process of hole diameter, solve the problems of low production efficiency and poor precision in the enterprise of producing the hydraulic cylinder.The installation debugging and experimental research of expanding machine are to mainly determine the three indicators need to verify:1. The production efficiency of expanding machine 2. Machining accuracy 3. Process performance index of the equipment.Efficiency of using expanding machine manual operation model to simulate artificial operation compared with automatic mode of the expanding machine,through the actual measured data,calculate the equipment rhythm of producing and compared with technical requirements. After gathering a group of hole diameter of cylinder diameter, verify whether they meet the technical requirements of machining precision, and by calculating of the PKK of process performance index of the expanding machine, prove the stability and reliability of processing of the expanding machine.
