Compressor is not only the power source of refrigeration cycle,but also the main source of refrigerator noise.The noise level and energy consumption of refrigerators determine the market share of refrigerator manufacturers,which is related to their economic benefits.Therefore,improving the refrigeration efficiency of refrigerators and realizing low energy consumption and low noise of refrigerators are also the future development trend of home appliance industry such as refrigerators.According to the mechanism and transmission path of compressor noise,this paper adopts the method of combining theory with experiment to study the mechanical noise,electromagnetic noise and aerodynamic noise of compressor respectively.It is concluded that aerodynamic noise is the main source of compressor noise,and reasonable design and optimization of suction and exhaust muffler is the best solution to solve the aerodynamic noise.The noise reduction principle of typical muffler structure is studied,and it is concluded that the expansion cavity,internal intubation tube and hedge tube are the optimal muffler structure.Then,according to the compressor noise reduction frequency and noise reduction requirements,the reasonable structure of suction and exhaust muffler is preliminarily designed.Based on the optimization of the designed intake and exhaust mufflers,the acoustic performance and flow field performance of the muffler are analyzed by numerical simulation.The influence of the structural parameters of different silencing structures on the acoustic and flow field performance of the muffler is mainly studied.The advantages of the specific structural parameters of different silencing structures are combined to make the optimized muffler reach the optimal structure.After optimization,the acoustic performance of the muffler is improved Compared with the original muffler,the acoustic performance and flow field performance of the intake and exhaust mufflers are greatly improved.This paper discusses the application of valve plate in the compressor working cycle,deeply analyzes the opening and closing characteristics of suction and exhaust valve plate,obtains that the valve plate has the characteristics of delayed opening and closing,simulates and obtains the influence law of compressor exhaust valve plate stroke on gas flow rate,finally compares the transmission loss of exhaust muffler under different gas flow conditions,and obtains the noise reduction performance of exhaust muffler under the condition of pulsating gas flow.The paper has 66 pictures,6 tables and 53 references.
