With the rapid and convenient rail transport, more and more passengers choose the railway while traveling around, and railway passenger station as the production unit of railway transportation, Seems to be a set of a variety of transportation mode in one of the integrated transport hub, in order to meet the needs of the passenger while they travel, stations are also integrated into a large number of commercial properties, which not only cause a serious burden to the original limited waiting area, also complexity the streamline where visitors walk in the station. In such circumstance, once there were emergencies, because of crowds of people in the station, the complexity of evacuation flow lines, easily to cause the situation of passenger casualties. Thus, how to carry out an effective prevention and the study of emergency evacuation in the rail terminal, improve the safety emergency capacity of the station, which has very important practical significance to the work organization of the station.This paper first analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars’ evacuation, Summarizes the relevant research theory and research trends. Secondly, according to the characteristics of railway passenger station, the main factors that affect the efficiency of the evacuation of the station are:building structure, customer service equipment and passenger behavior characteristics, From the point of view of building structure, the paper analyzes the safety design requirements of railway passenger station and the principle of the design of evacuation streamline; From the point of view of customer service equipment capacity, this paper quantifies the capacity of equipment in the process of evacuation; Based on the analysis of the characteristics of passenger behavior, this paper select a social force model which can reflect the characteristics of pedestrian behavior and the Anylogic simulation software based on social force model, Through the analysis of the accident data and the observation of the passengers in the station, Summed up three typical behaviors which the passenger would show in the process of escape:companion, carrying luggage and Bottleneck port competition, Based on the particularity of the three kinds of behavior characteristics in the process of evacuation, proposed improve proposals to the model, and through the software to research and analysis the impact of the three kinds of behavior in the process of emergency evacuation. Finally, this paper combined with the study of the Beijing Railway Bureau to participate in technology research and development program topics " Optimization of Large Passenger and Passenger Service System", by the project research of passenger behavior characteristic data, to example simulation analysis the emergency evacuation process in the case of the designation of maximum aggregation of the station.Some of the research results of this paper have been adopted by the Beijing Railway Station, The main research contents include:(1) Current construction environment and equipment conditions, whether the overall evacuation time of the Beijing Railway Station meets the requirements; (2) Evacuation efficiency of evacuation routes; (3) Evacuation service level of the whole station; (4) Analysis of the bottleneck in the evacuation process.
