Large Passenger Station is the place where more than two modes of transport or many bus lines join, where the passengers integrate and distribute, transfer traffic mode and route. The aims to establish terminal is to facilitate passengers, balance flow, and improve the level of the city passenger transport services under the conditions of coexistence of the various means of transportation. Railway passenger station always put the passenger flow line as the focus of design ideas. New passenger terminal will be more emphasis on passenger demand, people-oriented, more emphasis on the adoption and direction of the station, so the design and optimization of the passenger flow is very important. Passenger flow optimization of terminal is of great significance for improving the management of station and meeting displacement demand of passenger who is at different levels.In conjunction with the project "The Simulation System of Large Passenger Terminal Research and Development-The Large Terminal Passenger Flow Organization Theory and Analysis Techniques Research", this paper takes Beijing South Railway Station as an example to study the models and methods for the large integrated traffic terminal passenger flow optimization.Based on research Analysis of domestic and foreign, this paper analyzes the conception, characteristics, regular of dynamic passengers flow, so as to show the complexity and necessity of transfer organization. Then, this paper analyzes organization principles and optimization methods of passengers flow, proposes optimization methods towards point of junction and ways on adjustment of the passenger service facility within the terminal to improve the passenger organization. Since then, it also establishes microcosmic dynamic model of passenger flow in station and provides evaluating indicator of passenger flow. Finally, simulation analysis is made in the Beijing South Railway Station by using AnyLogic, which is microcosmic dynamic simulation software, and the best passenger transport organization project is available for the station so as to provide the basis for decision regarding the actual operation and management of terminal.
