| Natural gas is favored as a clean and efficient energy by the world. Currently, the main way of long-distance transport of natural gas is to liquefy natural gas at low temperatures (-162℃) and rely on dedicated liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship to transport. Because LNG has the danger of ultra-low temperature, high expansion, flammability, explosive.The error of LNG ship cargo handling of operator is a larger proportion of the total LNG ship accident. Therefore, the research of cargo handling operation of key technologies to ensure the safety of LNG ship is essential.Based on the characteristics of LNG cargo, characteristics of the ship, cargo handling equipment and conventional cargo handling processes, reference to the cargo operation manual of LNG ship built by my country and the guidance document for LNG ship cargo handling, research the key technologies of the rate during LNG ship cargo handling process and changing ballast water and the control of tank pressure, getting the principles of determination the rate during LNG ship cargo handling process and changing ballast water to adjust the floating state and the method of controlling the pressure of hold.Thesis uses Norway Kongsberg Maritime company’s CHS-LNG cargo operating simulation system and the mode of ship to simulate and verify theoretical results of the study. The results show that:safety is guaranteed by the method according to determining the principles and cargo handling plan of this article, there is not any alarm caused by improper operation, the floating condition, stability and strength are within the scope of security clearance, temperature, pressure and level of hold are maintained within a safe range, schedules of loading and unloading are as planned.The results of research from theory to simulating operations will have certain directive significance toward security operations of LNG ship handling and provide a theoretical reference for the development of LNG cargo handling simulator. |
