Research On The Design Method Of Vertical Garden

This thesis is to study the development history of vertical gardens, absorb and draw on the theory of environmental protection of natural environment, ecological environment and sustainable development, and analyze the different and existing problems of vertical garden in technology and design techniques, and extract the design methods and techniques that are worth learning.This paper summarized the design method of vertical garden, including the function, design principle and the classification of the plant categories based on the region, the season and the building facades. By comparing the domestic and foreign research status, analysis of the vertical garden design of plant selection, color collocation, composition and other design methods. To analyze the case of the vertical garden and the Hotel Athena in London, Spain, is the result of the analysis of the previous research to do a further demonstration. Finally, the experience and methods of the research are summarized, and the development of the new green building in the city is more perfect.
