| Wheel loader bucket is widely used in different construction working sites, as the most useful wheel loader work tool. Wheel loader bucket’s work efficiency, strength,working life, anti-abrasion ability are all widely concerned. A lot of research work had been carried out in different stages to improve efficiency and working life.This thesis focus on practical wheel loader design work. And a theoretical method for bucket profile design based on bucket working condition was created, which provides direction for wheel loader bucket productivity and efficiency improvement.According to design requirement of 3t/5t wheel loader bucket in certain company,created FEA analysis model, assigned material condition, meshed bucket model, and defined boundary condition and load cases. FEA analysis was run, and got bucket stress and fatigue life results. Improving concept was chosen based on analysis results and improved model was validated through 2nd round of analysis.According to wheel loader bucket typical weld design and relative welding standard and specification, weld type design was improved, and joint strength was also improved of bucket weld from normal design.Wheel loader bucket wear resistance ability and common wear resistance material was analyzed, introduced wear mechanism of typical bucket wear parts under different working condition, analyzed the relationship between wheel loader bucket operation method and wear, and the operation skills to reduce wear and operation cost was found.In the end, common failure mode of wheel loader bucket was analyzed, and provided direction to identify failure root cause and improve concept. |
