Cost control management goes through the investment decision, desig, bidding, construction, completion and acceptance of the whole process of construction of the project, Therefore, it plays an important role in improving investment efficiency and management in construction projects.This paper mainly discuss cost control of Feng Ping office building.Starting from the actual condition of domestic and foreign construction cost control, the paper systematically analyzes a series of methods and measures taken in the project cost in the decision-making stage, the design stage, implementation stage, completion and settlement stage of the project to make the project cost control within a reasonable range,which not only ensures the interests of the owners, but also meets the project management objectives. Research on project cost control will promote the development and expansion of the entire process and increase practical and theoretical significance.
