The Inheritance And Development Of The Typical Settlement Space In The Modern Residential Community

The rapid development of urban and rural, modern residential district is facing a series of problems of monotonous building forms, structure mode convergence, loss of the spirit, recession of regional characteristics. In contrast, in the settlement characteristics of architectural form, the natural harmony of structure layout, and the spirit of good and friendly neighbor become a display of regional culture. This paper selects four representative traditional settlements as the main research objects, trying to dig out some guiding significance for modern residential environment construction elements. Through the analysis of the modern Chinese style residential case, we summarize the present situation of inheritance and development of the modern Chinese style residential area of the traditional settlement culture, put forward that the construction of regional culture characteristics of modern living area of is the way to increase the residential recognition factors, the construction of community culture atmosphere and the establishment of the residential area of the place spirit.Existing problems such as the decline of regional characteristics in the residential environment, the lack of place spirit, the thesis adopted the investigation method, the literature method, summary method and the method of graphic analysis and other methods of systematic research. Firstly, comparative analysis of four traditional settlements in four aspects of residential buildings, public buildings, space layout, the characteristics of environmental factor, Summed up the positive factors such as traditional settlements in settlement location, construction techniques, and identifiable factors. Through the methods of access to research and literature, the inheritance and development of three representative modern Chinese style residential areas in traditional settlement culture was analyzed. It was summarized that the ways that inheritance of the elements of traditional culture to modern Chinese style residential area are for the appearance of the construction form of attack, along on traditional architectural elements of spatial reference and the structure of the inheritance and development of.The research results show that the identifiability of architectural factors in traditional settlement, variety of functions in public building, the spirit of place in the settlement of spatial layout will inspire the planning and construction of modern residential quarters. In modern residential construction process in the future, we should inherit traditional settlements living philosophy, conform to the nature, the integral planning concept, cultural construction concept, focus on the construction of regional culture, build modern living environment with Chinese characteristics, and changes the monotonous status of settlement environments in China.
