| Urbanization advancement has brought problems,such as ecological environment destruction and the shortage of land resources.Urban three-dimensional afforestation, as a method of solving problems during urban development and Eco-conservation, has been attracting more and more national attention because of its capability to use limited space, enhance city’s afforestation, release urban pollution, beautify city and relieve people’s pressure. In consequence, the development and expansion of the urban three-dimensional afforestation has provided a important direction for urban landscaping. This paper, based on on-site survey of Luzhou’s three-dimensional afforestation, aims at realizing the fundamental situation and coming up with advices through first-hand data as well as theoretical analysis and comparison of different conditions.This paper starting with theoretical study, has realized development history and current conditions of urban three-dimensional afforestation at home and abroad. And it has summarized typical techniques of modern urban three-dimensional afforestation: plant breeding, construction technology, maintenance and management technology and automatic control. Based on that, this paper, by applying typical survey and sample survey, divides Luzhou’s downtown into zones according to their times of building. It also investigates implementation, problems, and various molds’ advantages and disadvantages of this city’s afforestation through satellite images, visitation and shooting on the spot, and inquiry. Therefore,it has commanded first-hand data of the city’s afforestation.Through survey on development history and current reality of Luzhou’s three-dimensional afforestation, this paper has examined related phenomenon, regularity, and theory by applying analysis and synthesis,inductive and deductive, abstract and overview, sample and refining. And it has summarized different types of three-dimensional afforestation’s implementation rate, cost, and effect as well as its maintenance and management. In accordance with the survey’s result, Luzhou’s government has been positively popularizing three-dimensional afforestation by issuing a series of policies to promote afforestation’s development, engaging in the model project of afforestation, and encouraging the participation of social capital. Consequently, the afforestation has been greatly advanced. However, as urbanization goes significantly further, problems emerge:average afforestation level needs to be enhanced while the quality of afforestation has been improved; the level of maintenance and management is not satisfying even when the construction of afforestation is convenient; the speed of afforesting is slow as urban construction leads vast newly- appeared pits and slopes. This paper has concluded three critical factors, besides government’s investment capability, which restrain the development of Luzhou’s afforestation:the lack of implementation space for afforestation, the leak of afforestation on roof, and the shortage of complete maintenance.According to those factors mentioned above and traditions and features of Luzhou’s afforestation development, this paper has come up with advice on three-dimensional afforestation’s development direction under our country’s requirement of building resource-saving garden:policy should strengthen their support for afforestation; the system of building and managing afforestation should be completed; mixed-implementation pattern should adapt to local characters; technology should be improved to select and introduce plant seeds. The mixed-implementation, in particular, is suitable for Luzhou’s massif landscape. Mixed match of plants, the combination of space afforestation and ground afforestation, and mutual complementation of movable and permanent afforestations are fit for the city’s landscape and scientific patterns to promote the natural combination of archetecture and plants as well as the harmonious co-existence between the city and ecology. |
