In Urumqi-Shuixigou and Urumqi-Banfanggou along the highway and southeast of barrenmountain afforestation enclosure region as the object of study in Urumqi city,Using thecontrol sample method,research and analysis of artificial afforestation enclosure interferenceon the original plant community and afforestation enclosure region within differentconfiguration mode, the original plant community species composition, importance value,species richness index (R), Shannon-Wiener diversity index, dominance index, SimpsonPielou evenness index changes in response to. In order to the surrounding natural vegetationconservation and restoration, landscape planning and landscape design and provide atheoretical basis in Urumqi.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) In the whole research region, record plant a total of103species, belonging to24families70genera, Asteraceae and Chenopodiaceae are for the most, followed by the Poaceae,Leguminosae and Cruciferae, which5species total plant record number67.97%.(2) Artificial afforestation enclosure disturbance before and after, plant community speciesrichness increased, dominant species important value also changes.Suitable artificialafforestation enclosure interference can change the woodland plant community structure andspecies composition, but also makes some dominant species status changed.(3) After artificial afforestation enclosure disturbance, Simpson index and diversity indexwere higher than Shannon-wiener index for afforestation enclosure region. But plantscommunity Pielou index change trend with Shannon-wiener index and Simpson index onthe contrary.(4) The artificial afforestation enclosure region, different patterns of plant disposition, thevariation in plant diversity of different. Using tamarix spp.+Amygdalus triloba+Caraganaintermedia lemon on tamarisk forestation closing mode, the species richness and evennessof the highest. And are used in fruit tree afforestation enclosure pattern, diversity index is thelowest.(5) Different allocation models of trees, shrubs, herbaceous plant communities in the threelayer structure species diversity index showing a herb layer> shrub layer> tree layer.Plantspecies richness of herb layer was significantly higher than that of shrub layer, shrub layer ishigher than that of tree layer.Artificial afforestation enclosure herbaceous layer of plantspecies diversity and the species diversity was positively correlated.Mode G (tamarixspp.+Amygdalus triloba+Caragana intermedia) of the community species diversity ofmaximum (2.3289), the herb layer species diversity is also greatest (2.3187); A (fruits) ofthe community species diversity the minimum (0.9086), the herb layer species diversity is theminimum (0.8402).
