| To adapt to better and faster development of economy and relief railway bottleneck restriction as soon as possible, railway department implemented large scale acceleration of national railway and run new railway operation chart. Acceleration has high requirements on ensuring continuous security and devices are the foundation of security, signal safeguards security. So, key signal detecting is of major importance.Voltage signal indicated by switches is the current voltage signal of driven motor when the switch machine is running. Detecting this signal can facilitate on-site personnel to decide if the switch machine works normally and excluding switch machine abnormal situation and so on. Voltage detecting device indicated by switches is to detect signal and is of major importance to traffic safety.This paper first described development background and meaning of voltage indicated by switch as well as current situation in China and foreign countries, and then stated the working theory of optical coupler HCNR200. Optical coupler HCNR200 has such advantages as adopting working principle of photo-electricity, having high precision, high security and so on, and such disadvantages as temperature shift based on theory calculation when detecting communication signals.Second, it generally described technical plan of voltage device indicated by switches, and proposed technical index requirements. Hardware design mainly adopts surge suppression for security protection design at power port to satisfy EMS index requirements; based on theory calculation, using diode for temperature drift compensation of optical coupler HCNR200 AC and DC sampling circuit and verify it. The verification result indicated that the compensation plan of this design largely improves the temperature drift compensation, hardware circuit design of digital devices AD sampling chip CS5460 A and MCU chip STM32F103 xC and overall design of electromagnetic compatibility of devices and so on, among which temperature drift compensation of HCNR200 is the key study point of the paper. In terms of software, it compared arithmetic for sampling of voltage signal indicated by switch and used true and effective arithmetic after comparison.It then described the realization situation of devices, including housing selection, three-protection process description, terminal definition and so on.Finally, it tested precision, temperature shift, electromagnetic compatibility and the testing result indicated that it is in line with technical requirements. |
