Based On The Theory Of Green Infrastructure Of Pixian Village Planning

Pixian Country has attached great importance to the ecology construction and issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area as the same time of promoting urbanization for the past few years, and put forwa rd the construction goals of "Hydra Shudu, ecological Pixian". Based on the experience summarized in the post-disaster reconstruction, Pixian Country has proposed the working thought of "connection of plots, expansion of contiguous surface, overall progress, full coverage" and the specific requirements of "global, full, comprehensive well-off" for the new rural reconstruction. However, as the rural social economy develops rapidly, the contradiction between the rapid urbanization and the limited natural resources and environmental capacity in rural areas is becoming more and more prominent. Most of the new rural reconstructions in Pixian Country stay in the stage of simple community planning at present, which just include the location of settlements, the transformation of architectural scene, the repair of roads and the allocation of infrastructure. The lack of consideration of the systemic protection of ecological environment and natural resources leads to the loss of the original landscape features of rural areas. How to effectively alleviate the contradiction between the protection and development of rural areas and to propose a new idea of the new rural construction has become the problem that the development of rural areas has to face currently in Pixian Country.In this paper, based on the theory of "green infrastructure", the author tries to starting from the village planning to find an effective strategy to coordinate the development of villages and the protection of natural resources and ensure the healthy development of villages. Green Infrastructure as a safeguard of the village development and the natural environment coexistence friendly can create a more eco environment for the production and life of rural residents. The core of the green infrastructure is to create a green space with good ecology and beautiful environment through the planning and management of an ecological network which is established with the ecological protection concepts including the development, planning, smart growth, smart protection and a series of concepts.The overall method of the research is to analyze and summarize the application of green infrastructure in the related programming of Pixian Country by summarizing the related theory and practice researches on the village planning and green infrastructure, and to sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the application of green infrastructure in the planning of Pixian Country. Based on the analysis of theory and current problems, a method to apply the green infrastructure on the village planning in Pixian Country is going to be proposed and verified through the practical case of village planning in Xinmin Town, Pixian Country. The core part of this paper is study of Pixian County village planning, including the analysis of the application status of Pixian County, the existing planning green infrastructure. Combining with the theory, summarized the content and theory of green infrastructure in Pixian village planning principles, methods based on. Finally, the author to their participation in the Pixian County Xinmin Town Village Planning as an example, discusses the based on the theory of green infrastructure village planning process and content, from the perspective of empirical research of verify the rationality and scientificity of the method, reasonable solve village industry planning, put forward industrial development objectives and development idea. The villagers are concentrated resettlement, the transfer of rural population into the town of Xinmin Town, to promote New-type urbanization. Perfect all kinds of municipal infrastructure and public service facilities, urban service functions of sound, to improve the living environment, to enhance the core competitiveness of the town.The main results of this research are as follows:a planning idea of the priority construction of green space network has been proposed by introducing the initiative planning concept of green infrastructure and the compilation method of village planning in Pixian Country has been supplemented and improved; the problems of the destruction of natural environment and disorders of ecological system in the development and construction of villages have been solved through the planning and management of green space network, which provides a new idea for the village planning in Pixian Country.
