Research On Time Management Of Logistics Management System Development Project Based On Port

With the continuous improvement of technology and management, the logistics management as the representative of the non production competition areas has become the focus of enterprise.The level of logistics management has become an important factor to measure the competitiveness of an enterprise. And in order to cope with the current fierce market competition, many enterprises are inclined to logistics management system development strategy. However, the development of logistics management system needs a long period, and it is also influenced by many other factors such as quality, cost and so on. The process and method of time management are expounded from three aspects including work breakdown structure, time estimation and plan formulation.The researches on time management of logistics management system development project based on port are as follows:Firstly, we tried to understand and master the contents and ways of project management, especially in the field of project time management, to analyze and determine the main methods used in this project by viewing and reading a lot of literatures.Secondly, work breakdown structure, time estimation and plan formulation have been done to make the time plan for the time management of logistics management system development project based on port.Thirdly, we analyzed the schedule control of the logistics management system development project based on port from two aspects of process and implementation.
