CFRP tendon is made by binding carbon fiber-reinforced polymer and matrix resin, the stranded continuous carbon fiber as reinforcing fiber, thermosetting resin as matrix material, molding by die extrusion, drawing, fast curing. CFRP tendon has many advantages such as high strength, resisting corrosion, resistance to fatigue and non-magnetic etc, suitable for special structure and structure reinforcement in corrosion environment. The use of CFRP rebar for concrete as an alternative to the traditional steel rebar can effectively solve the rust induced durability problem, enhance structure service life and have wide applications in civil engineering structures.This research is supported by a subject of 863 Program’ The domestic carbon fiber composite extrusion molding and application technology research" in china (2012AA03A204). On the basis of the research results both home and abroad, this article mainly has carried on the following work:1) This paper introduces in detail the characteristics of CFRP tendons and production, and compared the CFRP reinforcement products and test method standard at home and abroad. Found that domestic product standard and test standard need to be perfect.2) According to GB/T 26743-2011, Different diameters of CFRP bars are made on the mechanical properties test to determine some mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation rate. The experiment process, experimental results and failure state are introduced in detail. The results show that stress-strain curves are straight lines and the failure mechanism has brittle fracture characteristics. Experimental and theoretical values differ greatly because of the limitation of production levels. The discreteness of CFRP bar’s mechanical properties is lager.3) Due to the characteristics of CFRP tendons, the effect factors of CFRP tendons anchorage performance were studied on the basis of a large number of trials in paper, including the selection of anchorage length, filler, and the way of anchor end processing. Test method of CFRP tendons and reasonable improvement and perfect. In this paper, the test method of CFRP tendons is reasonably improved and perfect.4) In this paper, the factors influencing the mechanical properties of CFRP tendons are analyzed. Get the influence law of factors for the performance of the product, such as fiber volume content, the pultrusion speed, fiber kinds of products, product production process, etc. |
