Now the research of FRP bolt is still at the initial stage, the application-relatively small, especially the relevant experimental data and field research to the pressure of the CFRP tendons anchor almost zero. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of safety and durability caused by the corrosion of structural steel bolt, the most critical issue is the development of anchoring effect, easy to use the anchor system.In this paper, based on the research at home and abroad, by means of shares in OVM machinery co., ltd. Firstly designed theory pilot study and theoretical analysis for the type of pressure from anchorage bolts anchoring CFRP tendons performance, anchor production, field testing, and test analysis.After briefly introducing the basic concepts of rock anchor, the items of selection, the history of fiber reinforced plastics, adopt different bonding materials and anchorage length, make pull-out test for single tendon anchorage to determine the bond of good material and the basic anchorage length in this test environment, On this basis, make static load test for the three-wire system for CFRP tendons anchor, and analyze the results theoretically; Then the structure of pressure-type anchor, transfer mode, failure mode and effect factors were summarized, described the construction of this field test, anchor production, load monitoring and a series of design, focusing on the anchor test bar capacity, the displacement of anchor head shown by anchoring elastic and plastic deformation, analyze the distribution between anchorage and the surrounding rock along the axial direction; Finally, the design theory of pressure-based CFRP tendons anchor especially the strength design theory in particular, were discussed, providing a theoretical basis for its application in engineering practice.The results show that: pressure-type CFRP tendons anchor is able to meet the application in the rock anchor .In this paper, from material selection, construction to bolt production in engineering practice, provides a technical basis, but the material CFRP shear strength in extension rate and shortcomings, the study of CFRP anchor still needs further in-depth and continuous improvement.
