Since new China was founded,China’s economy has been in the phase of sustained growth,the demand for construction industry has become more and more widely.With the improvement of living quality,human’s requirements on housing availability,comfort became more and more stringent.Thus building structural renovation and strengthening has been popular in recent years,promoted the development of the renovation and strengthening industry.Now the main problems were the buildings or structures have used for a long time,would reach the design life and the structural capacity,seismic performance,safety performance have reduced.Therefore,the primary problem is how to improve the bearing capacity of existing structures and seismic performance.CFRP construction is simple,short,high intensity,small weight,so its application in engineering reinforcement is more and more widely.But when directly using the CFRP on the component,deboning always happens in the CFRP-to-concrete.At the same time,CFRP’s stress lagging and the strength can’t be fully used,and can’t improve the structure deflection and crack width.The prestress on CFRP is able to suppress the generation of these phenomenon.Therefore,how to do the anchorage of CFRP is the key issue in the current consolidation.Pin anchor is a kind of mechanical anchoring device,specifically for the reliable anchorage of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced concrete structure device.This group made a preliminary experiment research of carbon fiber(CFRP)pin anchorage,and has achieved preliminary results.The main conclusions obtained by analyzing the experimental results are:1.Primary analysis on the mechanical properties of pin anchorage,and make the experiment without bond.According to the experimental phenomena,I got the pin length-deformation curve;2.By pin anchorage and the flat anchorage experiment comparison,I verify that pin anchorage is more effect than flat anchorage.The experiment showed the best results when use three pins.According to the experiment data fitting the pin anchor anchoring effect and the relationship with the different parameters;3.This experiment also studied the coefficient of friction between the plate and anchorage and CFRP,the bond behavior between pin anchorage and CFRP,effective bond length,bond failure mechanism and so on.The experiment proved that the effective anchorage length is 15mm.4.In order to direct analysis the destruction mechanism of pin anchorage,we made a single bonding pin anchorage anchoring CFRP tension experiment.According to the result of experiment,analyzing the damage mechanism and the influencing factors.I deduced the formula of pin ultimate shear strength of CFRP.I researched the relationship of pin anchor anchoring effect with the pin diameter and number.
