Subway station construction is the most important in the construction of rail transit node, which has long period, complex structure and construction process, characteristics of structure system conversion frequently, especially, in the construction of the subway station is inevitably encountered the problems because of mass concrete construction quality control does not reach the designated position, the main structure crack problem caused by station. Therefore, it is very necessary to the subway station of the main structure of mass concrete crack problems, in-depth study and explore the control of metro station construction cracks in big-volume concrete for engineering measures and ways. Therefore, in this paper, based on mass concrete construction of Changsha metro station, carried out the following research work:Firstly, based on the project of a standard station project of Changsha City Rail Transit Line 1, the station distribution of main structure cracks detection was carried out, obtained the fracture distribution.Secondly, based on the finite element analysis method, established the concrete temperature stress under the action of subway station structure finite element analysis of three-dimensional numerical simulation model, in order to investigate the influence of temperature on concrete structure, obtained the key parts of the displacement field and stress field of body structure.Thirdly, Based on the numerical simulation results and the measured fracture distribution, fracture is discussed in detail, and put forward the crack treatment scheme and the main structure of the prevention and control of the subway station and structural measures.In short, in this paper, a three-dimensional numerical analysis conclusion and the subway station site test results are more close to the main structure concrete, can provide effective reference for the similar engineering construction.
