In this paper, a subway transfer station in Wuhan is taken as the research object.Based on the research achievements of subway station at home and abroad, andcombined with the finite element theory knowledge, three-dimensional finite elementanalysis and calculation of the subway station are finished by the use of large-scalefinite element analysis software ANSYS. The whole construction process of thestation is simulated and the anti-floating stability of the main structure of the stationis checked. Meanwhile, the forces of main components are calculated in differentcondition, and the rationality of the calculated results is verified by auxiliarycalculation of finite element software MIDAS. These studies provide the powerfulbasis and guidance for the design work of subway station.Through the calculation and analysis, research results are as follows:(1) The three-dimensional finite element model of subway station space isestablished. Meanwhile, combined the unique “element birth and death” function ofANSYS software, the whole construction process of the station is simulatedaccording to the actual construction sequence of the station;(2) The anti-floating stability of the first phase of the construction scope and3rd,7th lines main structure of the station is checked, including safety coefficientcalculation, uplift pile axial force and analysis of addition of pull-out pile;(3) The internal forces of plate, column and beam of the station each layer arecalculated, which calculate the internal forces of plate by using finite elementsoftware MIADS. Through comparing and analyzing the calculation results of twokinds of software, and the rationality of plate’s calculation results is validated;(4) According to the related literature and combining with the actual situation ofthe station site, it is analyzed that the change of foundation bed coefficient in thelong-term conditions and the impact on the station structure;(5) From aspects of the overall deformation characteristics, the installmentconstruction influence,overall analysis has been done for the structure of the station,and according to the results of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward for construction of the station structure.
