In China, with the aging of the population began to speed up, Population structure has changed.it bring lots of negative effect.To deal with the chanlledge,need various efforts.The aging population’s housing problem become a big problem,and we need to pay much attention to it. So many endowment patterns appear,but the traditional mode of endowment patterns is deep in aged people’s heart.So this paper want to discuss and research how to make a space that is helpful to aged people’s communication.This paper uses Case analysis about home and abroad;lots of Contact space theory research of home and abroad;Behavioral psychology in the elderly Environmental psychology;analogy the eleven residential of Kunming and Residence in Tokyo, Japan to sums up the subject of the author’s theoretical research method.Finally, In the affordable housing program of Huaning,Yuxi city,It shows my achievement trough my Residential outdoor space design,Space node design and Node elements design.
