To Promote Exchanges Between Residential Area Outdoor Space Environmental Design Research

With the rapid development of market economy and city expanding, China is experiencing a general and profound reform. Although the physiological condition of residential environment has been notably elevated, the social and psychological condition of residential environment still has long way to go. Mostly, the crisis of neighbor's intercourse has led to many problems, which has been a consensus for the professionals of concerning fields recently. So to research the communication and neighbor's intercourse of residence is of meaning.This thesis is based on the research of material environments in residential quarter, and focuses on the communicational space of modern residential quarter. The dissertation focuses on research on design in space and environment of residential quarters aiming at promoting neighbor's intercourse. Also, using theories with the relationship between environment science and human behavior leads to a method of analysis and evaluation of the improvement in designs for communicational space, In the new period, it would have a realistic meaning to the renewal of communicational space in residential quarter for our country as a whole.The theory study emphasis, specific part of the design space to explore the exchanges between the settlements strategy. Firstly, from megascopic angle brings forward train of thought and method of city plan. Secondly, in the space plane explore the balance and penetration of the residential quarter space. Finally, the thesis brings forward adaptability, recognizable, comfort, residenter participance principle.The practice study emphasis divide three communication space hierarchy, it contains public communication space, partially public communication space and semisecret communication space. It researches the space nodes's design and completion. The dissertation discusses separately the design of spaces and factors that promoting neighbor's intercourse in residential quarters, and finally makes the principle of design reified. Finally, the author accomplish case analysis and improvement to prove the researchable practicability.
