Currently, reactive planning methods now widely used to draw domestic reactive configuration are extensive, and research to improve the economic efficiency of the method of reactive power planning is necessary. This project proposes the practical method of reactive power planning based on calculation of power flow and system stability, combined with reactive power optimization.Qingdao grid covering all voltage levels with a high load density, short translation distance, high requirement of voltage quality and stability. Meanwhile, the electric reception ratio of Qingdao grid is bigger and bigger, increasing uncertainty. Furthermore, the proportion of reactive power compensation in old and new substation of Qingdao grid load are not in harmony, as well as more urban cable brings new difficult issues. Therefore, it is necessary study reactive configuration of Qingdao combined with its grid planning.This paper propose reactive power initial principles of Qingdao, based on the configuration status of Qingdao reactive power, power grid planning, and then study the reactive power level. Finally propose the reactive planning recommendation with calculation of power flow and system stability, combined with reactive power optimization. The main contents are as follows:(1) This paper analyzes the domestic reactive planning method now widely used, on this basis, based on the trend, combined with the steady-state analysis of reactive power optimization Reactive Power Planning practical methods. That voltage is within a reasonable range for the external manifestation of reactive power by controlling the equipment investment, regulate power flow area data to arrive at a reasonable method of reactive power configuration.(2) Analysis of Qingdao Reactive Power Distribution Status and Configuration Guidelines reactive power levels.(3) Planning level Qingdao Reactive Power Optimization program, set up in conjunction substation Code proposed Substation Configuration preliminary plan.(4) Analysis of Qingdao grid planning level static and transient voltage stability, combined with a variety of typical operating mode, considering the uncertainty of the impact of the power factor, power, etc., check the configuration of reactive adaptation preliminary program.(5) The level of optimization of reactive power compensation plan investment programs, combined with the foregoing conclusions, presented the main power grid Qingdao reactive compensation configuration recommended plan.This topic achieve the following results:(1) In Qingdao grid, for example, have not put forward planning and reactive power of the traditional regional power intensive reactive planning ways to make social and economic benefits to be further improved.(2) For the first time there will be no power optimization algorithm theory and engineering combine, optimizing reactive compensation configuration.(3) The subject of the recommended primary network reactive power compensation capacity than the traditional method to determine the configuration of reactive power capacity reduced by 15%, more economical, helping improve safety Qingdao grid voltage stability, voltage regulation capability. Research results will help improve the safety and stability of Qingdao grid voltage and voltage regulation capability, provide the technical basis for the safe operation of the grid in Qingdao, Qingdao grid scientific planning and coordinated development, construction of smart grid to provide effective protection.
