In recent years,the continuous construction of Quanzhou power grid,the structure and operation mode of the power grid has been greatly changed,and then it changes the demand of reactive power compensation.In addition,the State Grid-Corporation of power supply reliability and quality requirements of the increase,the requirements of voltage fluctuations are also more and more high,and reactive power compensation device is the most important equipment to regulate the power grid voltage fluctuations.Although the importance of reactive power compensation have become increasingly prominent,but at this stage of the reactive power compensation design,according to the proportion of main transformer capacity configuration,the design for reactive compensation effect is poor,This is quite different from the actual reactive power demand of the power grid,there exist such problems as low utilization ratio of reactive power compensation equipment,large voltage fluctuation and serious equipment idle,so it is necessary to optimize the substation reactive power compensation equipment,improve the utilization of reactive power compensation equipment,reduce the power loss of power grid.This dissertation firstly analyzes the main problems of reactive power compensation in Quanzhou area,and puts forward the overall idea of optimizing reactive power compensation allocation.Then analyze the causes of these problems one by one,to analyze the demand of reactive power compensation in substation,and combine with the actual operation mode of power grid,trying to find out the cause of the problem.Finally find the problem,that is,the difference between the power grid feasibility study and the actual operation,so as to realize the control of the existing problems at the source,Improve the design depth of substation reactive power compensation,not only to improve the system voltage level,reduce the loss of a great help,but also avoid the voltage shunt capacitor capacity of a single group is too high and the fluctuation is too large,the reactive power reverse transmission problem,to achieve a reasonable optimization of reactive power compensation configuration of the new substation.The existing reactive power compensation device is not reasonable,according to the control mode of the load rate of dispatching department,the parameters of the transmission line,the reactive power demand of the load side,the defect and fault condition of the equipment,According to the statistics of the utilization ratio of historical reactive power compensation device,the optimization scheme of reactive power compensation equipment is proposed,which can improve the utilization ratio of reactive power compensation and reduce the power loss.In the study,the optimization is carried out on the basis of the existing equipment,and full consideration of the impact of the transformation of the power grid harmonic and capacitor parameters,to ensure that the transformation will not cause adverse effects on the equipment.This dissertation can improve the quality of research and planning of reactive power compensation in substation,eliminate the defects in the design of reactive power compensation from the source,It also has important guiding significance to the reactive power management in the operation and maintenance stage.Practice has proved that the research result of the dissertation has a good guide for the application of reactive power compensation equipment in practice.
