A Study On The Quality Management Of G-2 Student’s Domitory Project In Binzhou Medical University

Construction engineering quality management is the priority among priorities of project quality management.From the perspective of project management practice, every project is different, requirements on the construction engineering quality management are also obviously different, in this case, the construction organization must continue innovating the ideas and methods of project quality management, explore a pattern and method which is suitable for project quality management in our country, and improve the level of project quality management.Construction project quality management is a complex and systematic work. The uniqueness of the construction project has increased the difficulty of quality management. Influenced by environment and other factors, quality management is in constant change in the construction process. This requires continuous innovation and improvement in the form and content of management.This research uses case study method, literature research method and comparative research method, taking G-2 student apartment of Binzhou Medical University as an example of the project quality management. On the basis of the concepts of quality management, analyzing the basic process of project quality management, combing the theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative methods in quality management, carried out a comprehensive study and analysis on the quality management of the G-2 student apartment project.First, this paper describes the research background of the project, research status of project quality management, research direction of project, the main contents and methods of the research of the project, including innovation points of research.Second, this paper introduces the basic theory and method of project quality management, including related concepts of project quality management, for example total quality management, Lean quality management and project quality management plan and project quality management system. The method of this research is the combination of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative methods.Third, on the basis of research on the Binzhou Medical University G-2 student apartment project, introduces the organization of the project management, construction, deployment, etc, the project’s management objectives, organization, and the project schedule in particular.Fourth, this part is mainly about the quality of the students’ apartment project quality planning and goal setting of G-2 students in Binzhou Medical University, including the quality of the project plan, such as quality management standardization, safety management measures; analysis of project quality objectives setting, including two aspects:the overall goal setting and the quantitative goal setting.Fifth, mainly introduces the quality control measures of G-2 student apartment project,which is divided into two aspects:control and post control, including implementation and adjustment of construction plan, describing related measures and process of construction quality management.Sixth, quality improvement and supervision of G-2 student apartment project, proposing quality behavior management improvement, construction quality supervision, key project inspection and supervisionThrough the above research, hope can get a comprehensive understanding of the quality management of G-2 student apartments, and help the construction enterprise to improve the management level of construction quality.
