Study On The Techniques And Equipments Matching Plans For The Disease Remediation In Existing Railway Tunnels

Our country has the largest number of the railway tunnels in the world, which also gets the maximum length. But at the same time, we are one of the countries which have the most serious disease in tunnels. The task to deal with the tunnel disease is a long and hard road ahead. In these days, the remediation techniques in tunnel disease have made remarkable progress. The tunnel disease remediation technology and the construction of it tend to become formalized. And the new material and the new technology are appearing continuously. But the study on the remediation techniques and the equipments matching plans are both not getting enough attention. And the study on the collation of the equipments matching plans and the evaluation of it are not enough. When request comes,the agency take charge of it will only get the plan by experience. This paper bases on the present study situation to study the technique and the equipments matching plans of the operation railway tunnel diseases remediation. First of all, this paper gets the process flow of the remediation construction and the matching plans of the equipments for it in some main conditions. Then, this paper established an evaluation method for the equipments matching plans of the operation railway tunnel diseases remediation.The main work of the paper:(1) The paper summarized the technique and the process flow of the operation railway tunnel diseases remediation. The remediation measures which used to deal with the different tunnel diseases are collated to be as the basis for the equipments matching plans.(2) The paper studied the equipments selection and the matching plans of much general process in the remediation construction. After the comparative analysis of the equipments matching plans, every process has got the technology and economy equipment matching form.(3) The paper flexible choices the equipments which are adopted in the general process for the common types of the operation railway tunnel diseases. The matching plans which are used in tunnel diseases remediation for the various conditions are got.This paper also raises equipments matching plans for the integrated remediation of tunneldiseases.(4) The paper establishes an evaluation method for the equipments matching plans of the tunnel diseases remediation. It also uses this method to make an evaluation on three remediation plans and theirs equipments matching plans.(5) The paper compares the established evaluation method with others. The result verifies that the method is effective and feasible.
