This paper classifies and summarizes the situation and characteristics of diseases of existing tunnels based on collecting the situation of tunnels at home and abroad widely,analyzes the characteristics and phenomenon of the diseases of shallow-buried and unsymmetrical pressure tunnels in depth,and various causes of diseases. On the basis of reading books and papers,this paper summarizes the study situation and methods of the shallow-buried and unsymmetrical pressure tunnels. On the basis of the tunnel of Shi Yuanzi tunnel of Yichang-Wanzhou Railway,with the secondary lining stress test,geological survey,cracks investigation in tunnel lining and collect the information of experts meetings by Southwest Research Institute of China Railway Co., Ltd.,for the purpose of analyzing the causes of diseases in shallow-buried and unsymmetrical pressure tunnels,and studying technology of tunnel diseases treatment,there is a conclusion: Ei>ω>λ,by numerical methods and Orthogonal test method,that the main factor of the diseases in Shi Yuanzi tunnel is that the shallow side of the surrounding rock resistance the deformation from lining is reduction,for shallow slip caused by construction of the mountain slope,surface cracks,surface water infiltration. It uses numerical simulation to further explore the optimized to treatment program shallow-buried and unsymmetrical pressure tunnels disease,there is a treatment measures that propose for this type of shallow-buried and unsymmetrical pressure tunnels:when the surrounding rock is poor,after grouting on the surface,it is better to build anchor pile on the righ(tshallow side)than the left side(deep side). |
