With continuous development of inverter technology, it has the prominent application in the aspect of ozone generator power supply. Nowadays, the ozone is widely used in the processing of the governance of water pollution and home food handling, also be used in gas purification, hospital equipment sterilization, repair of groundwater. In recent years, the dielectric barrier discharge is used to produce in the form of ozone in the industry, but most are made of low frequency power frequency voltage. It leads to low efficiency, high power consumption and large size of the ozone generator. For efficiency, high frequency and high voltage inverter power supply of the research are imminent. In this paper, the design of the generator power is high frequency, high voltage, and has a breakthrough in efficient compared with the design before.This paper focuses on the actual efficiency of ozone production, and study on the load and power supply system on the basis of a tube structure and discharge. On the basis of the predecessors’ studies, the paper aims to further improve the efficiency of the generation of ozone. It studies and analyzes the discharge situation of threatening the plate model, and improves the control circuit and driver circuit chips, to make it more efficient. The simulation is based on the ANSYS software and MATLAB software, has a certain guiding significance.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1) Analyzes the development environment of ozone generator both domestic andforeign, as well as the growth trend in the future.(2) Specific analysis of the load of generator and its performance simulation.(3) In-depth analysis and research on the main circuit and each part of the circuit.(4)A new type of chip is used to control circuit to realizing the intelligent control ofthe system.Experiments show that this paper studies the generator system has an ideal effect, to a certain extent, improved the yield and reliability.
