In recent years due to the application of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)is more and more widely,corresponding to DBD device for high frequency high voltage power supply is also put forward much higher requirements: high voltage,high frequency,high power,high power density,electromagnetic compatibility;At the same time,the application of ac mode also brings forward the demand of more efficient pulse mode.This topic is mainly applied to DBD(dielectric barrier discharge)device of high pressure high-power high-frequency power supply development,design the power parameters as:output value of peak to peak 30 kV voltage,output power rating 10 kV· A.,high voltage output frequency range is 8 kHz-25 kHz.The design structure size is 19 inch standard frame,8 U height;At the same time,the most important characteristic of the high voltage power supply is that it can realize the output of three waveform sinusoidal wave,pulse waveform output and discontinuous sine wave output.In this paper,the parameters of power supply and demand design are studied through the study of the principle of dielectric barrier discharge and the effect of discharge electrode on plasma.In particular,according to the treatment efficiency of the reactor and the heat selection of the reactor,this set of power supply design becomes the output frequency range adjustable from 8kHz-25 kHz.Through a large number of theoretical analysis and design of the main circuit of the inverter circuit,the series resonant power mode is used to enhance the matching performance of the system.The power density of the system is improved by oil cooling.Through the analysis and calculation simulation and design of the transformer,the low distributed capacitance of honeycomb is used to improve the system voltage and efficiency.The passive power factor correction is adopted to improve the power factor.And the whole equipment electromagnetic compatibility for the full analysis of the system and use a variety of means: the input string to filter,the design of the grounding system,the design of the block,the design of the circuit board EMC.At the same time in order to adapt to a wider range of load,this project USES a variety of work modes: communication patterns of work mode selection dc power of chopping adjustable work mode and pulse mode change the pulse width of pulse width tuning work manner.One of the biggest this topic difficulty and characteristic has two: one is the analysis of the high voltage transformer calculation modeling and design,to realize miniaturization,highvoltage,high power,low leakage inductance of the distributed capacitance and requirements;The second is the continuous communication mode,intermittent ac mode and pulse mode,which can adapt to DBD device on a device.In the end,a small scale,high power density and intelligent power supply for high voltage and high frequency power supply for dielectric barrier discharge are developed.At the same time,this set of high frequency and high voltage power supply is an all-in-one power supply.Finally,single machine can realize intermittent ac mode,pulse mode,and multi-mode selection switch of continuous communication mode.Finally,a dielectric barrier experimental system was established to test the performance of high frequency and high voltage power supply.
