The Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) is one of fundamental method, which the low temperature plasma occurs, widely used in the ozone making, material surface modification and so on. It has received the people widely attention. The DBD usually uses the high voltage AC power supply, the voltage and the frequency which the power source outputs, as well as matching loads characteristic have direct relation with the effect of DBD.This article rests on the inversion frequency adjust and the high frequency pressure-rise circuitry, has analyzed and designed the circuit of power source's commute circuit, chopping circuit, the inversion circuit, the control circuit, the snubber circuit and the protection circuit, the display circuit and so on; has given transformer's design and the circles method. It has given the system's detailed analysis and the design, debugged the power supply and given the waveforms. The sample power supply has two parts: frequency conversion power source unit and high frequency pressure-rise unit. This frequency conversion power source output target is: square-wave output; voltage effective value 0-220V; The frequency is 50Hz-20kHz continuously adjustable; digital demonstration. The high frequency boosting transformer performance index is: changes the ratio is 1:70; match with frequency conversion power source may realize the high pressure to output 20kV (maximum value) adjustable, frequency 5k-20kHz adjustable. Simultaneously this frequency conversion power source may match the low-frequency transformer, realizes the intermediate frequency high pressure output below 1kHz, has well match the load capacity.This High-frequency High-voltage power supply applies in the coaxial circles column type DBD ozonizer, after load turning on, power source output level basic invariable; When uses the air feed, gas flow amount 0.06m~3/h, voltage effective value 15kV, when frequency 20kHz the ozone has the quantity is 18g/m~3, compares with the 50Hz high-voltage power supply power supply, the energy obviously enhances using the efficiency, achieves the research goal of this article..
