High speed hydraulic control is difficult in hydraulic transmission and control technology. With the constant loading system, this paper developed a reasonable control method. Moving pulley device is an important part of the subject device. Basically solved the problem that caused by excessive load inertia. This paper analyzes the working principle of the subject device, According to the actual requirements of the operation, valve regulated hydraulic cylinder position control device is adopted in this paper. The device uses a hydraulic cylinder supported by three groups of movable pulley structure, the load is 2000kg. According to the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve control scheme designed hydraulic cylinder position control device to control the hydraulic system diagram, the system pressure is 28MPa. Established the mathematical models of valve controlled hydraulic cylinder position control devices and the mathematical models of systems and then simplified them.Using simulation software Matlab/Simulink for the simulation analysis of open-loop and closed-loop control system. And then get the curves of displacement, speed and acceleration output of system changes with time.Simulation results show that the device has low control accuracy, weak noise immunity and so on,thus need to adopt appropriate control strategies to improve system performance. Based on the characteristics of this device, the classical PID control method is adopted to correct. According to the actual parameters of the device,Using simulation software Matlab/Simulink for the simulation. The simulation results show that, the classical PID control theory can improve the control accuracy of the system effectively. Achieve the high control precision, good control performance so as to meet the actual requirements.
