Research On The Quality Management For Science And Technology Park

Science and Technology Park as a high-tech industry transformation and innovation incubation platform in the world to get a large-scale development, Because of some characteristics, for example:larger scale, more complicated organizational structure, much longer duration, faster building and more multifarious, Science and Technology Park is more difficult in the construction processes. "Long-term project, quality first", in this year, although the government and engineering companies have made a lot of work for improving the quality of products, the team of construction are also good and bad, the passing rate of construction is lower, it is not only make the waste of resources, but also harm the safety of life and property. Accordingly, this thesis made the following research work:Firstly, this thesis introduced Science and Technology Park’s scope and definitions, and analyzed its development processes, development patterns and characteristics, on this basis, the difference of between science and technology park and other construction projects were analyzed. Secondly, it estimated the problems in the project quality management and the probability of occurrence of the quality management status and the probability of occurrence of the common quality defects.it was used the AHP method analyzed the extent of the quality management factors of science and technology park construction project, which made the quality management factors get more focus. Thirdly, it analyzed the total quality management system construction strategy of the science and technology park project from the aspect of establishment principles, establishment steps and establishment content, include:established a system of full participation from the full range of angles; analyzed the key problems affecting the quality of science and technology park in different stages of the life cycle and corresponding improvement measures from the vertical angle and established the science and technology park construction management process; from horizontal angle, based on the whole process of project management, analyzed the quality management problems from different aspects such as personnel, machinery, material, method, link, etc. Finally, it processes the study of the demonstration with Baidu science and technology park. The total quality management theory of science and technology park is not only helpful of improving the level of quality management and safeguard the interests of science and technology park construction project stakeholders, but at the same time, the research result has more helpful significance and stronger practical values to the management of science and technology park quality.
