Research On Project Cost Management At The Construction Design Stage

Upscale hotel at the beginning of the project construction will be from market orientation, site selection, fixed assets investment, management and so on several aspects to explore, to assess the profit in return.Hotel project investment, the initial investment is huge, and considering the cost of investment recovery period is longer, so the length of the construction of investment amount and time limit for a project, affect late hotel management operations, which affect the whole economic benefits of the project.And control of the construction project cost and schedule of prerequisites, construction engineering design is the stage of management.So, in order to complete the hotel project construction, make investors get considerable economic benefit, do a good job in the hotel design phase of the project cost management is a top priority.Project cost management in design stage of construction engineering project cost management has common characteristics, but the engineering design phase of the project cost management in its own characteristics, therefore, the project cost management of the project design stage and general cost management has some different, combining theories and case analyses and discusses the design phase of the project construction project cost management. Research progress at home and abroad and the concept of project management, and project cost management of the development process, which is introduced in this paper, analyzes the shortcomings of our existing in the project cost management.Then the paper analyzes the design phase of the project construction project cost structure, the main content of project cost management and project management cost, quality and progress of the three elements, the relationship between the three, detailed outlines how coordination management, cost management and quality cost management and project schedule management, project cost management and the relationship between the overall project. The fourth chapter introduces the analysis of project cost management, including the importance of classification, design stage cost management in engineering design stage of the analysis, that factor analysis and empirical analysis, analysis of results in the back of the application. The fifth chapter is on the HXMT project as an example to conduct a detailed exposition on the project cost management. HXMT first introduced the basic situation of the project and the project department, then introduced the project cost planning basis, the introduction of project cost management, project cost plan etc., and examples of project cost management content and design phase of the project cost plan are compared and analyzed in the end of this chapter, it is pointed out that the process cost the management of the project there is still improvement, puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect the construction project design phase of the project cost management, and the main achievements of this dissertation are summarized.
