As the state of the increasingly stringent emission requirements, diesel engine will become the mainstream of the development China diesel engine industry in the next 20 years, Weichai Landking products coming into being in this big background, will become the future support Landking series of important strategic Weichai engine plate. The electric control system of sensors and the wire harness are indispensable part of electronically controlled diesel engine, responsible for collecting, transfering the working condition of the engine and the external environment information. sensors and wire harness have a direct impact on the working condition of the engine. In weichai, electronic control system fault is found only through the engine start test—called thermal test. The thermal test has three drawbacks:expensive, a long time, pollution.According to strategic target of the weichai-- lower cost-higher profit, Landking engine begine to introduce the electrical continuity testing technology, one of the forefront of cold test technology, the machine electrical continuity test is in front of the engine run through the way of static test(i.e., cold test, test each sensor and electric control system of wire connection, is on diesel engine electronic control system of wire harness, sensor continuity test. Before commissioning workshop,testing connectivity detection of sensors and wiring harness,is to reduce the waste of the thermal test.First of all, this paper introduces and analyses electric control system of landking diesel engine,about type sensor, wiring harness pin definition, introduces the meaning of all kinds of sensors and between ECU and crankshaft position sensor data calculation method, and simply introduces the calculation method between the camshaft position sensor to collect data.Secondly, mainly introduced the principle and method for measuring the machine electrical continuity testing equipment, respectively described the test principle of each sensor and beams, and the system can learn the engine serial number, to write test results into the engine information, the test result is unqualified engine, alarm, implementation of sensors and wiring harness connectivity detection.At last, according to the theory of the engine electrical continuity testing equipment research, this paper test 40 engines, introducing the testing steps and the actual operation, and the validation results analysis, test results show that the engine electrical continuity test results credibility is very high. Through the study of this article also suggests that the engine electrical continuity test research and application in the engine assembly process for the future development of the electronic control diesel engine has a very high popularization value...
