With the progress of science and technology, people in constant improvement of material needs, infrastructure continues to expand, more and more engineering vehicles in production and daily life plays an important role, the most prominent is construction vehicles in Europe and the United States and other developed countries and regions has got great development, crane truck has become a major means of production.Truck crane is a crane assembly between the cab and cargo compartment, which can meet the cargo itself, but also to meet the transport of goods.crane truck due to have not only can hoist and laden with features, so its flexible this unique advantages and be widely for cargo transportation, civil engineering and architecture, electric power construction and repair, telecommunications construction and repair, field work, terminals and other goods loading and transport, rescue and long distance transfer of goods, modified, for inspection and maintenance of the bridge, high-altitude stringing operation. With the development of the country, the basic construction of the growing, crane truck in the lifting transport industry and field work will be more and more important.In this paper, the overall parameters of the crane and its dynamic model are established. According to the position of the lifting mechanism and the distribution of the center of mass, the bridge load distribution, the lifting height and so on, the stability calculation of the whole vehicle is carried out. And through the study of the boom, base, supporting legs and the sub frame finite element, determine its strength, combined with finite element analysis software boom are optimized, with the crane arm strength to meet the requirements, with hanging arm lifting and rotation stiffness characteristic curve, also of the hydraulic system were calculated and studied in order to determine the hydraulic system power.Through the research work of this paper, it further improves the reliability of the development of the truck crane and the truck crane, greatly reduces the research and design process, thereby improving the efficiency of research and development. Through the vehicle dynamics model for driving stability and reliability simulation analysis and comparison, get the support leg stiffness curve, cylinder, hydraulic system power.
