| In the waterway engineering construction, underwater concrete construction is a kind of construction that cannot be easily dealt with. At present there are three ways of construction technologies to solve this problem including cofferdam constructions,using high-performance Non-dispersion concrete in the construction, committing the concrete construction in the low water level. This paper comes up with a kind of waterproof tank with little extra constructions, low cost, flexibly construction,strongly maneuverability and high-efficiency water-resistant before we fully have access of the cofferdam. By using this waterproof tank, we can more easily control the water level of water-level fluctuation to free the concrete from sea water, thus we can improve the quality of concrete construction engineering.In the construction, the waterproof curtain is a tank. Drain the sea water in tank and then support the form of fender loophole so that we can turn the underwater concrete construction to dry concrete construction. Compared with traditional fender loophole concrete construction technology which supports form and pours concrete directly in the sea water this new technology has higher quality and cost less also more efficiently and safer.In the introduction of this paper, it introduced the background of this selected topic and its’ significance and also introduced its’ present situation and development of the concrete construction in port. We’ve found a kind of more feasible dry concrete construction technology with constantly exploring and through comparing and analyzing the previous low-water concrete construction technology in port. At the same time this chapter also stated the present situation and development of port concrete construction. It is also because this high standard development trend, port construction must have higher requirements to meet this trend, especially for the most important part of port construction—concrete construction.The port engineering with huge scale and amount of investment has hard condition also involves with many professions which is easily effected by season and climate. The second chapter of this paper stated the importance of quality, security and efficiency in the port construction. Take the waterproof curtain and cofferdam in the port construction as examples and aim at port construction also facing with a series of problems like complexly sea tide, hard to predict wind and wave size and civil engineering materials such as concrete, steel easily rusted by seawater, the paper stated the engineers’ most efficient construction technology that people constantly has been exploring in the port construction. Basing the train of thought in the waterproof curtain and cofferdam construction, we have come up with a kind of more efficient and more easily operating dry construction technology.The third chapter of this paper has introduced the traditional concrete construction technology. At the same time, the paper also put out its range of application and the details of its construction procedures. Take the first step of the cast-in-sit breast wall concrete construction and cast-in-sit caisson cover plate gap concrete construction in port as examples to point out the disadvantages of the traditional construction technology from the quality, security and engineering cost.Through the traditional construction could make it and promote the development of construction project to some extent, in the actual operation of the engineering traditional low-water concrete construction is obviously effected by the sea tide and the construction is not continuous from the perspectives of time. Those uncertain factors will easily lead to construction time loss, low construction efficiency, huge investment in machine and people in a short time, the most important is this couldn’t make sure good quality and not so safety.The fourth chapter of this paper used dry concrete construction of fender loophole in Xianrendao harbor district multipurpose berth of Yingkou Port in as an example. Change traditional by improving concrete raw materials, mix proportion,mixing transportation way to improve the performance of concrete ways to overcome the negative factors in the construction of low water level, a concrete construction to create environmental conditions of the construction of dry, turning control variable factors to gripper key single variable, the inner and appearance quality of concretestructure is stable and effective control. As for traditional concrete construction under water, it is hard to build the formwork and to avoid the contact from seawater.Besides, it is inefficiency and exists potential safety hazard. Thanks to the application of dry construction technology, efficiency has been improved with the guarantee of quality and safety.In the face of underwater construction in this era which become deeper, further and larger, the last part of the article illustrates our expectation to keep pace with the times, with the development of social economy and the transformation and upgrading,keep up with the pace of the port development, to explore new technology and to solve one after another problems. As the most important step of port engineering low-water concrete construction is closely connected with the whole project’s schedule, security and quality, By applying this low water level dry concrete construction of fender loophole, we accumulate rich experience in water level fluctuation area, which could be seen as a perfect start for us to utilize, improve and popularize this technology.
