BIM has been highly concerned at China and abroad since it was put forward. It is gradually showing its value. On the other hand, many subway construction difficulty, such as pipelines conflict and other issues, hinders China’s urban rail transport development. Fire alarm system and other equipment system equipment system are complex, pipeline variety, make the construction and management very difficult. This paper based on a Subway Station Project, establish the structure and equipment BIM model of subway station, complete collision detection of model and analysis. Build a subway station FAS system device information management platform of BIM. And developed the gas fire extinguishing simulation system.First, by building the subway station structures and equipment BIM model, proposed the specific methods subway FAS systems BIM modeling. This paper focus on the issues of complex pipeline of FAS systems, proposes the introduction of BIM technology for collision detection. Find the collision position and analyze, export collision report, the guidance system design optimization of subway FAS systems and other equipment.The huge number of subway FAS system equipment increase the difficulty of information management. In order to optimize equipment management, improve query speed of device information, this paper through the establishment of the subway station FAS system device information management platform of BIM, introduction the visual characteristics into FAS system management. By establishing FAS subway system device information database and connect BIM model, and develop the program for real-time database management. Adding more than 2500 devices feature information for the BIM model of a subway station FAS system. This paper realized the visual management of the information of FAS system.This paper according the control flow depending on the gas fire extinguishing system, developed the gas fire extinguishing simulation system. Including gas fire extinguishing system linkage control simulation program development, and produced a gas extinguishing system controls simulate interactive animation. Program and interactive animation can display the system in different control stages of the state of the equipment, used for comparison guide in simulation start-up test of gas fire extinguishing system and improving the adjusting efficiency.
