Along with the rapid development of national economy, hilly mountainous geological conditions in China, the construction of high level and high quality as well as the number of applications in storing of underground structure to enhance comprehensive national strength of our country is indispensable.Established a three-dimensional model of steel-shuttering jumbo in my study, analyzed the mechanical deformation situation of steel-shuttering jumbo in different working conditions, optimizing the structure layout of lateral template.The specific content of this study as follows:First of all, this article introduces the structure of steel-shuttering jumbo and the process of concrete covering. Using Pro/E software established steel-shuttering jumbo which applied underground structure concrete covering include the lateral structure composition and the frame system of 3 d model.Second, this study based on the characteristics of the underground structure concrete covering, analyses the force situation of pouring concrete template. Given the lateral template by load standard values, calculate the concrete covering steel-shuttering jumbo build phase load values, the different pouring system for the template of a study on the carrying capacity of key parts.Third, based on the characteristics of the concrete covering complex construction, the author divided working cycle of steel-shuttering jumbo into four different working conditions. Determine the working condition of four step down steel-shuttering jumbo template of load respectively. Using finite element software analyzed steel-shuttering jumbo template which under four different conditions of stress distribution and the deformation, results show that the steel-shuttering jumbo template of strength and stiffness meet the design requirements. For the application of the results of the analysis on underground structure by the complex steel-shuttering jumbo template system design provides a significant guidance.Fourth, the author built the parameterized model of lateral window template. Under the condition of the window side template structure strength meet the requirements, as well as the deformation of each part of the template does not exceed allowable values, Using the module of ANSYS WORKBENCH Design Exploration, optimized the rib and the layout of the flat. In the end, by reducing the number of big rib and flat steel, implements the lateral template lightweight.
