With the constant improvement of the economic level, people are increasingly seeking high quality of life, they all want to have a car of their own, and it makes a great development of the domestic auto industry. At the same time, factors such as the safety, stability and comfort of car are also aattented by more and more consumers. In order to meet the needs of consumers, the general practice is to use a variety of high-quality automobile shock absorber to reduce vibration of the vehicle. And the automobile shock absorber performance needs to use special performance test-bench for testing. Therefore, the excellent performance of automobile shock absorber performance test to improve the quality of the automobile shock absorber has played a key role. The main content of this paper is to develop a highly efficient, fully functional automobile shock absorber test-bench hydraulic servo control system.First of all, the development of the shock absorber testing was described. By comparison with the use of mechanical excitation mechanism test-bench, using a hydraulic servo system as the excitation system of the device has excellent performance.Secondly, according to the main task and request of the project, completed the design of hydraulic control system, and the hydraulic system were calculated and selected component model. To establish mathematical model of the selected electro-hydraulic servo valve, hydraulic cylinder, sensor and other components, and then derive the transfer function of electro-hydraulic servo position control system.Thirdly, use of the hydraulic and pneumatic integration control simulation software HyPneu of hydraulic servo control system stability, accuracy and rapidity of simulation and analysis, and use the PID control theory to correct system.Finally, select a Digital Signal Processor(DSP) as the entire electro-hydraulic servo system controller. According to the requirements of the actual use and design of the system, the power and reset module, the simulation interface module and D/A module and other major hardware module are designed and researched.Through the analysis of simulation results, it can be seen that the designed hydraulic servo control system of test-bench has the characteristics of fast response, high control precision, and it can satisfy the basic requirement of system design.
