| The performance requirement,safety or comfort,for vihicles become incresingly high as the rapid development of automotive industry.How to create a car which could be both safety and comfort poises a big challege for the people who work in the car industry.Being the vibration atenuate part of the vihicle,the performance of gas-precharged hydraulic shock absorber is a key factor for evaluating the ride comfort and operability.When the vehicle run into pits road or bossy road,the shock absorber transfer the energe caused by vibration to heat via the working of damping force.Some of the heat energe could be absorbed by the parts of shock absorber,and others would dissipated to the air.The circulation of the energe will finally reach a balance point where the vibration energe transfer to heat energe completely,and therefore,the temperature of shock absorber will remain constant.Thus,it seems eapecially important to simulate and analyze the damper characteristic of shock absorber,and optimise the design solution for the shock absorber based on the characteristic.Basing on the program-----Study of the Non-learner dynamic characteristic of gas-precharged hydraulic shock absorber,cooperated with Zhejiang Zhongxing shock absorber manufacturing Co.Ltd.This paper mainly study the damping characteristic,the content of specific job are as follows:First,gaining the knowledge of the structure and working principle of shock absorber by referring to quantity number of references.Deepen the understanding of damping characteristic through the practical entity and 3-D model of shock absorber.Second,simulating and analyzing the damper characteristic of shock absorber.Combining the working principle,taking the piston rod and piston as a whole in order to conducting force anlysis,create the mechanical model for each working stroke.Using MATLAB to simulating the force character,thus,gain the characteristic curve including external characteristic such as F-v and F-S curve and internal characteristic such as Q-v,Q-S,P-v and P-S curve.Meanwhile,finding out some key factors which have an significant impact on the performance of shock absorber and discussing how it changes the performance.Finally,focusing on the influnce of damping character caused by temperature,this parper establishes thermo model using some relevent theory of pyrology.Simulating it’s thermal equilibrium character while the important parameters are determined,and analysis the variation in balanced temperature caused by different factors.This paper establishes a more reasonable machenical model for the shock absorber based on the study above.A comparatively accurate damping character is obtained through the discussion of the simulation results impacted by different parameters.We band the temperature,velocity and damper force all together effectively,and pay especial attention to the impact of temperature.The research in this paper is of significant engineering practice,it provides the necessary guide for the design and development of shock absorber. |
