In recent years,the production and sales of such engineering machinery products as arm high altitude operating platforms have continued to increase,the development situation has become better and the market demand has risen significantly.At present,Z company's ARM-type high-altitude work platform products have always adopted fixed-point placement and assembly,with long cycles,many ineffective time,insecure quality,low production efficiency,and output that do not achieve the expected results.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out system planning and design for the existing assembly process.In order to improve the overall assembly efficiency and quality.In order to improve production capacity,an assembly line for an arm high altitude platform is designed.At the same time,the logistics and distribution system that can meet the production needs of its assembly line is developed.The main research contents of this paper are:1.Arm high altitude platform assembly line is designed.By studying the present situation of the assembly of the ARM-type high altitude platform,the assembly process was analyzed,and the whole assembly sequence was mapped.The effective working time is determined,standard working time of each process is measured,the assembly line beats and the number of workers are calculated,the number of working positions and the content of the working procedure are divided,the transportation mode of the assembly line is planned,and the assembly line is arranged in a plane.2.Design the distribution scheme of SPS materials for assembly line.SPS materials(Set Parts Support)are divided by different material characteristics,and SPS fuel vehicles are designed;According to the on-line mode,the replenishment form and flow of SPS are planned,the layout of the selection area is carried out,and the distribution route of SPS is determined.Combined with the features of AGV Vehicle,the running time and speed of each section of the entire SPS distribution are determined.3.Design the distribution path of large materials for assembly lines.This paper expounds the problem of distribution vehicle path,and constructs the vehicle path optimization mathematical model of logistics distribution of large parts of the assembly line of the arm high altitude operating platform.Based on the genetic algorithm,the algorithm is designed to solve the mathematical model of the logisticsdistribution of large parts of the high altitude platform.By comparing and analyzing the data before and after optimization,the validity and feasibility of the model are proved.4.The simulation of the assembly line and logistics distribution system of the boom type aerial work platform was carried out.According to the framework of simulation modeling,the assembly line simulation model of the arm type aerial work platform is established.The running model verifies the actual tact time and proves the implementability of the assembly line design.The number and speed of the distribution vehicles are determined by the factor design test.The optimal solution verifies the feasibility of the logistics distribution system.This thesis designs an efficient operation assembly line and synchronous distribution logistics distribution system for Z company's arm aerial work platform,which provides effective help and reference for the rapid development of the arm aerial work platform.
