Research On The Impact Of Work Stress On Product Logistics Design Innovation Behavior

Our country has always attach great importance to the development of industrial design industry, and encourage industrial enterprises contract the outsourcing design business out to the industrial design company, product design at the core of industrial design, with the emergence of new technology, new process, the traditional product design cannot meet the intelligent and diversified needs of consumers, the change of market and the change of resource structure raise a new challenge to the theory and methods of product design. The improvement of product design innovation ability plays an important role in the development of our country industrial design industry. Product logistics design considering the influence of the logistics factors in the process of product design, to improve the traditional product design methods, is an innovative product design concept. Product logistics design not only can reduce the purchasing cost of consumers, but also can more effectively control the logistics cost from the source. However, Industrial designers did not consider logistics factors in the product design. Logistics design didn’t get the effective implementation and promotion as an innovative product design concept that can greatly reduce the purchase cost of the customer and improve the efficiency of transportation. Research shows that stress is the important factors that affect employee innovative behavior, the "two-high" work stress of industrial designers promotes or hinders the logistics design innovation behavior has not yet reached a unanimous conclusion. Therefore, to explore the mechanism of work stress and logistics design innovation behavior, to explore how to motivate the designer to carry out the logistics design innovation behavior is a management issue worth studying.On the basis of literature research, this paper established a hypothetical model of challenge-hindrance work stress, intrinsic motivation and logistics design innovation behavior.It conducted a questionnaire survey in Tianjin, Yunnan, Hunan and Hebei province, collecting282 valid questionnaires. This paper conducts inspection of reliability and validity of variable measurement scale, and tests the hypothesis using the structural equation model. The results showed that: challenge work stress has significant positive influence on logistics design innovation behavior, and hindrance work stress is negatively related to the logistics design innovation behavior; challenge work stress and intrinsic motivation are related, and hindrance work stress is negatively related to the intrinsic motivation; intrinsic motivation has significant positive influence on logistics design innovation behavior; intrinsic motivation played a partial mediating role in the process of challenge-hindrance work stress affecting on logistics design innovation behavior.This paper imitated two types stress classified method of challenge work stress and hindrance work stress, put forward creatively the "two-high" work stress of industrialdesigners also exists the two types of work stress, and discussed whether the challenge work stress and hindrance work stress will have different influence on logistics design innovation behavior of industrial designers. In addition, the paper introduced intrinsic motivation as a mediating variable of challenge-hindrance work stress and logistics design innovation behavior, this paper discussed the influence path of challenge-hindrance work stress and logistics design innovation behavior, revealed the black box of challenge-hindrance work stress improving logistics design innovation behavior. In addition, in this article, conducted the necessary demonstration of relationship between the challenge-hindrance work stress,intrinsic motivation and logistics design innovation behavior through the empirical analysis,provides reference and support for our country industrial design enterprise managers to incentive the actively implement and promotion of designers logistics design innovation behavior.
