In order to have a beautiful appearance, more and more cantilevered curtain wall are built at the top of high-rise building. Because of the curtain wall off the ground and the wind environment is complex and changeable, wind loads become control loads when it have been design. It is urgent to solve this problem of engineering that how to quickly and accurately determine the wind load. The study of this paper focus on the wind resistance design method of cantilevered curtain wall at the top of high-rise building. The main works are as follows:(1) Based on introducing the basic theory of the wind-induced vibration response and wind-induced vibration factor, this paper program the wind-induced vibration calculation program of MATLAB. This paper simplify the cantilevered curtain wall at the top of high-rise building and analysis parameters of the wind-induced vibration response and wind-induced vibration factor of the simplified model. Final, this paper get the quantitative date of each parameter’s influence of the wind-induced vibration response and wind-induced vibration on the.(2) Based on constructing the finite element models of the cantilevered curtain wall at the top of high-rise building, this paper conduct the model analysis and the wind-induced vibration response and wind-induced vibration factor analysis. Final, the result show that the cantilevered curtain wall’s mode is not intensive and the wind-induced vibration response and wind-induced vibration factor are large at the ends of the curtain wall. So, it should strengthen the anchorage of the ends of the curtain wall and adopt different wind-induced vibration factor of the cantilevered curtain wall.(3) In order to select appropriate wind power spectrum, this paper conduct the field test of the cantilevered curtain wall at the top of high-rise building and then capered the theoretical values with the measured values. Final, this paper put forward the design suggestions about. It is safe and reliable to use the wind power spectrum of horizontal to design, such as Davenport spectrum, Harris spectrum, Shiyuan spectrum, Tianpu spectrum and Fancunxing spectrum. It is the most saving when use Harris spectrum to design.(4) This paper conduct regression analyses about the wind-induced vibration factor-frequency of cantilevered curtain wall and induce calculation formula. It is convenient, fast, safe and good economy to use the calculation formula to design.The design method this paper put forward is convenient, fast, safe and good economy when use it to design cantilevered curtain wall are built at the top of high-rise building.
