From the practical application of engineering,based on previous theoretical research results and successful application of mathematics on IGOM(Integral Global Optimization Method),combined with commercial CAE finite element analysis software ANSYS APDL language,this paper studied and implemented the IGOM global optimization algorithm in the application of the mechanical structure optimization design which ANSYS was used as a solver.Firstly, the IGOM optimization algorithm principle was transformed into a programming language on the MATLAB platform.By solving some mathematical optimization problems,the method was proved to be effective and general.In this process,by the comparison of general random number point method and quasi-random number method which have some influence on the IGOM method,quasi-random number method is better because of its efficiency and error certainty.For the mathematical model of optimization design processing,this paper adopted the methods of normalizing variables and functions and cohesion of constraint functions to standardize the expression of mathematic model, facilitate calculation,decrease the number of optimal constraints.The practice proved the superiority of these disposal and practicability in engineering.Then, the IGOM optimization algorithm was combined with the truss finite element analysis program which was compiled by myself.By solving some classic examples of truss dimension optimization and dimension & shape optimization,comparing to the results of other optimization algorithms,IGOM algorithm was proved to be feasible and efficient in the application of engineering.Then, the IGOM algorithm was applied to the optimization of truss structure and continuum structure on the ANSYS platform.To reflect the versatility and portability of the program algorithm, the modular programming idea was used in this paper and APDL language was used to compiled every module of marco programme file.This paper systematically studied the ANSYS data files and realized the data exchange between these modules smoothly By solving some classic examples of truss dimension optimization and continuum optimization,comparing to the results of ANSYS and other optimization algorithm results,the secondary development of ANYS based on IGOM algorithm was proved to be feasible,efficient and practical.Finally,aiming at the shortcoming of the large amount of calculation of IGOM optimization algorithm,the paper introduced some strong feasibility engineering numerical methods,including Kriging interpolation,structural reanalysis algorithm and Epsilon accelerating convergence and gave a simple introduction to these methods and some examples in the application of numerical and truss structural analysis.In the following study and research,the successful use of these methods will bring a big breakthrough to the efficiency of IGOM structure optimization algorithm...
