| Long-distance transport pipeline is the main way for the transportation of crude oil. And the oil pipeline furnace is one of the major components in the long-distance transport pipeline. Oil pipeline furnace is the device that transfer heat created by burning fuels to medium. It plays an important role of preventing from solidifying and decreasing viscosity in oil and gas gathering and transportation system. With the rapid development of the oil industry, there are more increasing demands for furnace. With the improvement of modern science and technology and the enterprise competition intensifies, the requirement for the design of furnace have become more technical. Meanwhile, Manufacturers pay more attention to the product coordination between scientificalness and reliability, security and economics. For oil pipeline furnace, the structure design of which has been very professional and mature, and only parameters adjustment in routine design. Compared with modern design method, the traditional method is too inefficient to meet the market requirements.Using computer technology analysis, forecast, evaluating and optimizing engineering structure and product physical mechanical properties, is the core technology of the products innovative design. Numerical calculation method, represented by finite element theory, is the main means to solve the scientific computing problems in engineering. To solve the problems mentioned above, the paper provides the design method on virtual prototype for enterprise basic on studying the structure of medium furnace. Firstly, the author establishes the parameterized finite element analysis model of medium furnace using APDL, and analysis the strength, stiffness of the 2500KW medium furnace with various loads in the ANSYS environment.Secondly, the paper optimizes the structure parameters of medium furnace by genetic algorithms. Finally, on the basis of above work, a finite element analysis system is developed basic on ANSYS secondary development technology, which realizes the medium furnace computer-aided design, and provides a significant way to solve the contradiction between general procedure and professional needs. |
