Over the recent years, Internet of Things, or IoT has been developing at such a rapid rate that governments at all levels have focused on IoT and taken it as a top priority for development. In view of the great prospects of the IoT based on wireless sensors in both industry and business, IoT has attracted more attention and more people have switched to the study of it. Moreover, with the constant expansion of cities, public bicycles, which have displayed their unique advantages, have been used in more cities, though there are more evident shortcomings cropping up in the course of the growing use of public bicycles.In this treatise, the author designs and implements a data collecting and processing management system based on wireless sensors linked to IoT against the backdrop of the application of the monitoring and supervision of public bicycles. To begin with, the author proceeds from the theory and technical property concerning the wireless sensor network(WSN), elaborates on the original background and developmental trends of wireless sensors and puts forward his own views on the development of wireless sensors. Then, in the design of wireless sensors, the author adopts hardware chip and Internet protocol, both being the prevailing hardware and software, as the platform for developing the system. In the design of the data gateway, the author comes up with the gateway-based group-alarm function so that the data-related automatic monitoring and real-time warning can be realized, thus making it easier to maintain the network. Finally, the author thinks up a prototype of platform to manage the network monitoring system using a visualized query method, thus introducing a demand method by using the data-mining technique and improving the actual value and degree of the application of the system. In this sense, this treatise is instrumental in that it can be used for reference when similar systems are applied to the same field or a project of the same scale..
