Study On The Method Of Safety Assessment Of The Old Elevator And Develop The System

With the development and application of new technologies on elevator equipment, elevator as vertical transportation has been applied to people’s daily life and production widely. By the end of 2010, the amount of Chinese using elevator to more than 1.6 million had jumped to first place in the world. However, With the increased number of elevators usage, it brought a serious challenge to the use and management of elevator equipment, at the same time, the absolute number of elevator accidents showed an increasing trend, especially the old elevator(useful life of over 15 years).As the old elevator safety accidents frequency rised, it made the safety assessment and scientific management of the old elevator gradually became the focus of many scholars and research staff. The subject to State Quality Inspection Administration science and technology projects "Research on Old Elevator Safety Technology Assessment Methods"(2012QK264) as the basis, to old traction passenger elevator as the research object, the purpose is to construct a relatively objective and reasonable safety assessment model and provide a theoretical basis for the special equipment inspection departments to carry out the safety assessment of the equipment; designed and developed a simple and flexible system software, improved the work efficiency of the equipment safety assessment, what’s more, constructed a scientific and safety management system. This paper will make the guidance and reference effect to the use and management of the elevator, also do some technical basis for study of elevator safety assessment in our country.The main completed work is as follows:1. According to the analyzed and studied on the structure and function of traction passenger elevator,this paper determined the main factors impact on the elevator safety situation, what is more,made the old elevator safety index system; Through the comparative studied of many safety assessment methods, it constructed the evaluationmodel based on grey theory, finally established the old elevator safety assessment criteria and judgment conclusion.2. According to the analyzed of the system development background and functional requirements and technical needs, and explained the development platform and architecture and the key techniques which applicationed to the system; Depending on the functionality clustering methods, finally design the functional structure and database of the system,which adopted the structured system development method3. Completed the development of the old elevator safety assessment system, what is addition, implement the corresponding functions,just like the data collection of system, input, data processing, information storage and output san so on.The system developed in this paper is operated easily and interface friendly, the basic information and assessment data of the device can effectively preserve through the application of the system, it can helps to establish a scientific and rational management system of equipment, but also has the strong application value.
