The Switched Reluctance Motor has many inherent advantages of adjustable-speed drive; attracted more and more attention and shown competition in commercial applications. Taken 7.5kW 3-phase Switched Reluctance Motor(6 stator and 4 rotor poles) as research object, aimed at designing a drive system with high efficiency, good dynamic and static performance, designed a good performance SRD based on TMS320F28335.Firstly, in the thesis, not only presents the developing status of the SRM and SRD system both in domestic and abroad, but also introduces the structural characteristics, mathematic model and electromagnetism of SRM, and then expatiated the basic composition and speed characteristics of the SRD system, introduced the control strategy of SRD system finally.Secondly, relevant interface circuit was designed based on DSP, and made full use of the DSP resources. The control system includes power conversion circuit, position detecting circuit and current detection circuit and so on. In the thesis, consulted a large number of referenced materials and achievements of predecessor about SRD, the Fuzzy-PI control strategy for SRD is proposed by analyzing the operation principle and control mode, and then discussing the FuzzyPI control theory in detail, simulating the algorithm, and the result is that with the fuzzy PI control algorithm, the speed control system of the rise time to improve 0.5s, the overshoot to condense 8%and the adjust time to condense 3.3s. In order to read and maintain easy, a microprogramming modular is adopted in system software design. To realize the Fuzzy-PI control on SRD, and improves the control system performance.Finally, the SRD system based on DSP has been built, and has been experimentally studied. The experiments show that, the system design is rational, the control method and control strategy are correct and effective. The system runs stable and reliable, and meets the requirement.
