In order to control the levelness and the elevation of the sky-screen in the measurement of sky-screen’s velocity and concentration,the simplification of the manual operation was another problem to be deeply solved.This thesis presents attitude self-calibration technique on the two-dimensional turntable for sky-screen.According to the function of turntable,the control and position of the sky-screen,the special two-dimensional electric control turntable technique was presented.This thesis was built on the basis of the sky-screen. Two turntable was used in control of the levelness and the elevation of the sky-screen in mechanical structure. The driven circuit of the bipolar two-phase hybrid stepping motor was used to position the sky-screen.Based on sky-screen,the mechanical structure and the control system was improved.The step motor was installed on the tripod,the two turntable was used on sky-screen,the MCU was used as control center to control the turntable of the sky-screen.Fuzzy PID algorithm is adopted in self-calibration to reduce position error. simulation tests of the mathematical model were carried out by PID control algorithm with matlab software. The output curve shows the overshoot of the turntable was 30%.Loaded the fuzzy rule in the PID control algorithm,the overshoot and the stability time of the control system was 20% and3s.
